Standard Shipping in Cape Town:
All shipping rates for orders placed through our website are automatically calculated at checkout.

When an order is received and confirmed on our end, kindly allow 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered. Please note that we make use of an external courier service. Once your parcel has been collected, we no longer have control over its whereabouts. It is highly recommended that you provide an email address and contact number upon checkout in order to receive delivery status notifications from our courier partner.

In the event that an item/s on your order is out of stock/short of stock, one of our Home Palette Sales Representatives will make contact with you either via WhatsApp, email or phone call to discuss a viable solution with you. Once a solution has been reached, your order will be prepared and booked for delivery (thereafter the above will apply).

International Shipping:
We do not currently have an international shipping feature built into our website, however, we are looking to soon implement this for all our international customers.

If you would like to place an international order, kindly reach out to us via any of our contact channels with your order request and one of our Lively Sales Representatives will make contact with you. Please note that we make use of FedEx services for international orders and the customer will be liable to cover the full shipping rate provided to us by FedEx.
